Star-studded launch highlights Zaha Hadid Architects’ collaboration in Meydan
DUBAI – Dubai-based developer Imtiaz Developments has launched The Symphony by Imtiaz, a Dh1 billion mixed-use landmark designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA).
The reveal, staged at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena, marked a milestone for the developer as it introduced its most ambitious project within its Dh3 billion Meydan portfolio. Global superstar and brand ambassador Hrithik Roshan attended the unveiling, drawing significant attention from investors and industry leaders.
Planned for completion in 2029, the development aims to establish a new benchmark for design-led living in one of Dubai’s most coveted districts.
The Symphony
Situated on a 4,234 sq. m plot in Meydan, The Symphony is conceived as a sculptural complex that blends ultra-luxury residences, premium offices, and retail spaces. The architectural language is influenced by traditional UAE crafts, including Sadu weaving and Talli embroidery, with their finely patterned geometries reinterpreted into fluid, modern forms. This cultural grounding is paired with ZHA’s signature futuristic expression, resulting in a structure that emphasises movement, rhythm, and light.
Masih Imtiaz, Chief Executive Officer of Imtiaz Developments, stated during the launch that The Symphony represents a defining moment in the company’s evolution. He noted that the partnership with ZHA has enabled a rethinking of luxury living standards in Dubai, reinforcing Meydan’s standing as a prime residential destination.

Just 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai, the development provides sweeping skyline views, high levels of privacy, and access to prominent leisure, equestrian, and sporting venues. Residences begin at Dh2 million, while penthouses are priced up to Dh20 million, placing The Symphony among the upper tier of properties in Meydan. The district continues to attract high-net-worth individuals seeking exclusivity, architectural distinction, and proximity to the city’s core.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026, with completion targeted for Q2 2029.
